Popular fast food joint Chicken Inn has issued an apology to a customer for selling her “a compromised portion of chips.”

This is after the angered customer shared a video of the meal she bought at the establishment’s outlet in Westlands, opposite Sankara Hotel, Nairobi.

In the video, dark spots are seen in the potato chips, with the lady claiming that they were worms.

“This also happened to me twice at Chicken Inn one in Mbagathi Way Ingine Garden City. I got food poisoning and rotten chicken. Avoid Chicken Inn guys,” a twitter user named Ken Wes added.

“Stopped buying anything from them a long time ago after I was served with rotten chicken,” an instagram user named Mwende Jojo added.
