It really has been quite a year for Selena Gomez, 23, and we’re looking back at the moments that shocked us all. Get a refresher, from January until now, here:

1. Her relationship with Samuel Krost
Although they were first seen together in Nov. 2015, Sel and Samuel Krost really amped up the romance rumors with sightings last winter. Between holding hands and PDAing on date nights, it was pretty clear there was a connection between these two, although it fizzled out quickly. The singer never confirmed what was going on, but Samuel alluded that their love was “real” in an Instagram post in August.

2. Liking Justin Bieber’s Instagrams
At the beginning of 2016, we hadn’t seen Justin Bieber, 22, and Selena together since the previous November, so fans were totally shocked/ecstatic when she randomly liked some of his Instagram posts over the next few months.

3. Attending Justin’s L.A. concert
But Jelena shippers really took things to the next level when the 24-year-old was spotted in the crowd at her ex’s concert! She proudly watched when he took the stage at the Staples Center in March, and they were reportedly meeting up at his hotel for that whole week he was in town.

4. Destroying a ‘Marry Justin’ sign
Her support for the Biebs didn’t last long, though. When a fan brought a sign that said ‘Marry Justin’ to Sel’s concert in May, she took it right out of her hands, crumpled it up, and threw it away. YIKES!

5. Cozying up to Orlando Bloom
One of the craziest Selena moments this year, though, had to be when she was seen looking quite cozy with Orlando Bloom in Las Vegas that same month! The two were spotted looking awfully close at a club, and then videographers caught them leaving together — and he was dating Katy Perry at the time! Katy called the whole thing a “conspiracy,” a message Selena retweeted in agreement, but the photos don’t exactly lie, guys…

6. Kissing a girl
She’s just living her best life! Selena went home to Texas for the Fourth of July, and a Snapchat video from one of her fun nights out showed her locking lips with pal, Ruby Carr. OMG!

7. Crying onstage in Indonesia
Things really seemed to start catching up to her, though. While performing in Indonesia in mid-July, she broke down in tears right in front of a sold-out crowd while singing “Kill ‘Em With Kindness.” During her emotional moment, she admitted that the song is “so important” to her, and revealed that she gets “frustrated” and “stupid” sometimes. 8. Supporting Justin Bieber?
Even though we thought she was totally done with Justin, Selena was seen dancing to his summer hit “Cold Water” and singing along to “Let Me Love You” in two separate videos. He’s clearly always in the back of her mind!

9. Her feud with Justin Bieber
The relationship between these two hit a major low in August. Justin posted a series of photos of himself with Sofia Richie, 18, and then threatened fans that he’d make his Instagram private if they didn’t stop hating on his new girl. Sel was NOT having it and slammed her on-off love, telling him not to choose his girlfriend over his fans. It turned into a back and forth battle between the two — he said she was using him for attention and she accused him of cheating “multiple times — and Justin wound up deleting his account altogether. Selena eventually took to Snapchat to say her comment was “selfish and pointless,” but she’s been radio silent ever since.

10. Reveals anxiety & cancels tour
Sadly, Selena’s busy tour schedule and Lupus diagnosis caught up to her by the end of summer. She revealed that she is taking the rest of the year off after suffering anxiety, panic attacks and depression, and it was confirmed that the final leg of her Revival tour has been cancelled.
